🚚 What to Expect
Your DOT physical exam includes:
Medical history review
Blood pressure and pulse check
Vision and hearing testing
Urinalysis (dipstick for protein, blood, sugar)
Physical exam covering general health, mobility, and neurological function

🚚 What to Bring
A valid driver’s license or photo ID
Your current medical certificate (if renewing)
A list of current medications
Glasses, contact lenses, or hearing aids if you use them
Any required medical records (sleep apnea, diabetes, heart conditions, etc.)

$100 per exam
Includes official Medical Examiner’s Certificate (MEC) if you qualify
